Partnership And Funders

Through long-term relationships, we have well established contacts and partnerships within the voluntary and statutory sectors and within the local community. M13 is now recognised by statutory and voluntary agencies as the main provider of detached work in the M13 area, and we are the lead agency in managing the Youth Service Voluntary Sector Funding for our neighbourhood. We are involved in the following partnership work and networks:

Six local churches established and support the project, enabling further access to the local community and residents, and to community resources and buildings


  • Manchester Youth Service
  • Manchester Connexions
  • Lead Agency of the Central East Youth Service / Connexions Voluntary Sector partnership
  • SRB A6 Youth Strategy Group, networking with many other local youth organisations, Manchester Youth Service, Manchester Housing, education and training services, Health Service, Sure Start, Manchester Police
  • Moss Side and Hulme Regeneration Partnership
  • Youth Contact Team, MMAGS, and other statutory youth agencies

  • Local Area Partnership with Tenants, Housing, Social Services, Police, Youth Service
  • Residents, tenants and community groups locally
  • Cedar Mount High School - strong partnership work over a number of years, including curriculum work with Year 11’s
  • Schools Otherwise Project in A6 SRB area
